Shipping policy

The Shipping Policy describes when and how long it will approximately take to ship your item/s.

Standard Australia Post Shipping is between 3-7 business days without any interruptions of the carrier( Aus Post) within Australia! There may be delays if your item is also a made to order item!

International buyers, Australia Post does not provide tracking to some countries so once items are sent off its completely out of our hands! You need to contact Australia Post directly & give them your details. Postage to international countries may take up to 4 weeks all dependent on the postal services & Customs!

Please be patient whilst waiting for your item/s to be shipped out to your address as there may be some delays, depending on where the item is being shipped to!
